University Place is located on a portion of the Texas A&M AgriLife tract in northern Dallas County. This 853-lot residential development features two-story townhomes and one- and two-story single-family homes.
The location provides easy access to the President George Bush Turnpike and Central Expressway.
This project included conceptual planning for single-family residences and final civil design for six phases, which comprised paving, drainage, grading, on-site water, on-site sewer, off-site sewer, an amenity center, 20-inch water line relocation, platting and construction staking.
